There were a few bumps but I don't think I did too badly.
I went over my calories but I'm not too concerned.
Its been nearly a month of this fasting thing.
I will go for 3 months and see how I go. I feel like I'm loosing centimetres but not weight.
That's interesting and I ok with that too.
I really know that weight loss is energy in/energy out and I'm trying to do a fair bit of fasted exercise to help with the energy out side of it.
Breakfast: chobani coconut yoghurt. 1 x homemade wholemeal pasty. 494c.
Morning tea: Ham and egg sandwich. 359c.
Lunch: Wholemeal pasties x 2. 694c.
Afternoon tea: Inch liquorice. 215c.
Dinner: KFC coleslaw and 2 dinner rolls. 318c.
Supper: Whopper junior with no sauce or mayo. 24c.
Total: 2320.
Not a bad day at all.
