Day 40.

Good day today.
Plenty of times I wanted to just go and get something to eat.
Lunchtime was especially hard but I stayed strong.
Went for a 1.5k swim so pretty pleased with that.
I am going to note the fast hours on fast days just so I can monitor how long I fast for.

Breakfast 7.30AM: Yoghurt, blackberries and brown sugar. 221c.







Dinner 8PM: cauliflower with olive oil, cabbage, yoghurt with blackberries and brown sugar. 283c.








Total:
Fast Time: 12.5hrs.

Pleased with my efforts.
Still have another fast day this week and tomorrow I have to watch I don't go crazy but I am confident I can do it.
