I guess I did an ok job.
I might have to miss a fast day this week because I know its really hard to go 2 days in a row and I would have to if I wanted to make today up.
I will do my best to keep the feast days as low as possible.
I know I can do it so I will try.
Breakfast: carrots and yoghurt. 215c.
Afternoon Tea: nectarine. 90c.
Dinner: wholemeal pasties x 2 with sweet Thai chilli sauce. 714c.
Well that's it.
I cant see any junk food so I will be happy with that.
Well the pasties are a little junk food but I made them myself with wholemeal flour.
