Day 15. (71.8)

Weigh Day - 71.8.
Not too bad, a loss of 400g. Considering that 5 days were over 2000 cals I think that's fair.
I see promise in this fasting caper. I read the fast diet book by Michael Mosley and I remember watching the documentary when it was on. There are lots of health benefits to be had and I am finding the fasting not too difficult. I am going to try doing 3 days a week, fasting Saturdays but if I don't fast for some reason, its no drama because I will still be doing the other 2 days.

Had a good day food wise today I think, I could do better but I would be denying myself and not living by the ethos of enjoying life while not focusing on food but making good food choices.
Spent the whole day house painting so no opportunity for exercise so I'm calling today a rest day.

Breakfast: egg and bacon focaccia with poached eggs and no butter, cheese or anything but the eggs and bacon. 1 cup of hot skim milk. 686c.







Morning tea: 2 steamed dim sims. 196c.










Lunch: 2 X chicken fahitas in wholemeal stand and stuff tortillas, lettuce, fajita mix and salsa. 401c.
 

Afternoon tea: carrots and celery. 76c.







Dinner: Lamb Souvlaki. 550c.







Supper: 2 x squares of Cadbury dairy milk chocolate. 44c.







Total: 1953.

All in all a good day but I can do better. I want to cut out snacks unless they are vegetable or fruit, that would be a good start.
Tomorrow is always another opportunity.
