Well theres always next week.
I really need to focus more on the feast days.
I can not beleive how bad my diet has been this week.
Well I can really, it's nothing new.
Breakfast: Yoghurt. Egg white omelette with bacon. toast and jam. 662c.
Morning tea: Licorice toffee and bullets that were on my desk. 749c.
Lunch: Missed lunch, dont know what happened there but lucky accident.
Afternoon tea: Yoghurt. 149c.
Dinner: KFC, Zinger burger with no mayo, popcorn chicken, 1 drumstick. 681c.
Supper: Magnum, Minties x 4. 349c.
Total 2590.
Not so bad calorie wise but very unhealthy food choices.I did go for a run at lunchtime so that's a good thing.
