I thought I did pretty well.
I didn't have any breakfast as I got up too late so I ended having some celery at lunchtime and again at 3pm. then at 8.30 I finally ate and we went out for dinner. I had Greek salad and added chicken. It was delicious. I also had a dinner roll.
My total calories for the day were a bit over the 500 again.
Lunch: celery. 20c.
Afternoon Snack: Celery. 20c.
Dinner: Greek salad and chicken. Dinner roll. 565c.
Total: 615.
A bit over my calories but a good fast day anyway.
Got a 5k run in at 1 and then a 2k swim at 5 followed up by an hour in the hydro pool.
Total 1144 calories in exercise.
A good day.
