I must have been pretty tired.
It was a good day in that I didn't buy any lollies or eat any chocolates, score 1.
I went for a run during my lunch break which is always good except for the time factor as it takes me extra time to shower and stretches my lunchbreak out for an extra 30 minutes.
We went back to the house we are painting and did some more work on that after work until about 9pm. We got some dinner on the way, stopping at a fish and chip shop. I ordered a souvlaki sans sauce and it was delicious, and followed it with 3 steamed dim sims which were also delicious. Should have omitted the dim sims but they are in me now so, bad luck.

Breakfast: Dick smiths bush food with skim milk. 349c.

Morning Tea: ham and boiled egg sandwich on wholemeal bread. 359c.
Lunch: Brown rice with canned chilli chicken and corn kernels. 524c
Afternoon tea: Chobani coconut yoghurt. 147c.
Dinner: souvlaki, 3 steamed dim sims. 844c
Supper: 2 weis mini bars and 2 carrots. 220c.
Total: 2443.
Way over my calorie quota and even over calories used.
I could have done without the morning tea and the dim sims at dinner, cutting 650 calories and still had plenty for the day. Maybe had 1 dim sim and no corn at lunch. Anyway its a learning curve. I noticed after the fast the day before, I felt quite full after breakfast and morning tea and lunch.
