Day 12.

First day on the 5/2 program and first fasting day. Too easy.
If every day I fast is this easy I will rock this program.
Just hope that I don't go crazy for food tomorrow.

Breakfast: carrot and celery. 74c







Dinner: carrot, celery and yoghurt. 227c




Total: 301.

Fasted from 10am til 8pm. Probably could have gone way further.
I found it easier to fast than to calorie count.
Today is a swim day so swam 1.7 k and hydrotherapy for 1hr.
A really good day.
