Then We went to Parkrun where I was volunteer photographer.
We went to a birthday lunch and the food was plentiful and wonderful. It was so nice and I had a few Bundy and cokes as well.
Breakfast: Chow Mein, beans and Brussel Sprouts. 326c.
Lunch: sourdough bread x 2, with goats cheese, capsicum and 17 olives. deep fried cauliflower x 3 florets. grilled peaches with goats cheese x 4 pieces. meatball with sugo x 1. Pork Cutlet with coleslaw and capsicum sauce. chocolate cake and cream cheese jelly thing, tea, 1 spritzer and 5 bundies. 2131c.






It might take some effort to work out the calories I've eaten today.
Dinner: mini weis bars x 2. time out chocolate, 2 fingers. 328c.

Major blowout!
Total: 2785.
Yes I went and cross trained at 530am but no amount of training will get rid of those calories!
Lunch was totally worth it though!!
