Its been a tough day and knowing I will not have time to get any exercise today is a bummer.
I have been craving food all day today.
Breakfast: dick smith bush food and milk. 349c.
Morning tea: egg white omlette, bacon and sourdough toast with jam. 405c.
Lunch: the usual chow mein and vegetable wraps. 258c.

Afternoon tea: marshmallow fish x 1. coconut youghurt. 147c.
Still haven't put dinner in and already over 1200.😕
Dinner: Chicken and salad, crepes. 590c.

Total for the day:1828.
And on a day with no exercise! I think Ill be 150 calories over total calories used for the day. Dang!
Well it was a lovely meal out with family that could have and in the past would have been a lot worse!
Parkrun in the morning will be a washout as I am volunteering as photographer and will not have time after to make up the run. (I will probably try to squeeze it in but it will be tight.)
With cross training before hand a party lunch out with family and then spring clean later in the afternoon preparing for Sunday visitors staying overnight. Its going to be a busy, busy day!
