I was back at work and there was some time today that I was not thinking about food.
Admittedly only a small amount of time but I'll own it.
Breakfast: Dick smiths bush food with skim milk. 330c.
Morning tea: 4 small Nectarines. 120c.
Lunch: Wholemeal bread roll with mixed vegies and chow mein. 345c.
Afternoon Tea: Chobani coconut yoghurt.147c.
Dinner: Rice paper rolls. 184c.
Total:1126.
I Swim laps with my sister von every Tuesday night. We then move over to the hydro and spend another hour in the hydro pool running on the spot and chatting. Usually we are joined by a couple of other regulars. I swam 2k tonight. Happy with that.
