Still hard but not missing sugar yet so travelling well.
Went to a café for lunch today and even though I had salad I had way more calories than I should have. Hopefully I counteracted that with the 6k run this evening.
Breakfast: Same old, dick smiths bush food with skim milk. 349c
Morning Tea: nectarines. 120c.
Lunch: Broccolini Salad. Cauliflower salad. Green bean salad. As best as I can ascertain, 597c.
Afternoon tea: More nectarines. 132c.
Dinner: Chicken fajita mix with cheese and turkey mountain wraps x 2. Was delicious. 486c.
Total 1684.
Went for a run this afternoon and then took molly for a walk, total 20000 steps so that's good.
