I haven't weighed this much for 20yrs. My normal weight is 65kgs.
I find the more I exercise the more I eat and that spiel about low GI foods keep you fuller for longer, I'm not too sure about that!

Ok, Start day 1.
I'm interested to see how long this goes.
I usually give up at day 3.
Breakfast this morning is Dick smiths bush food with skim milk and a cup of black tea.
Very exciting! (I have this for breakfast every morning.)
I'm going to try to get a run in today.
Breakfast: 257c
Lunch: 312c
open chicken wrap (no wrap). garlic pizza and tea. (a small piece)

Afternoon Snack: 296c carrot cake (Shared the carrot cake.) and 3 carrots.

Dinner:
Chicken fajitas in wholemeal stand and stuff tortillas with lettuce and salsa. Totally YUM!
3 of those bad boys! 500c.
Well that was my day.
I did so much. I shopped and prepped food for about 3 hours this afternoon making sure there are heaps of healthy, quick to make options available.
Spent some time with my mum having our nails done and then afternoon tea together, hence the carrot cake, at least we shared it so it wasn't so bad.
Got in a run on the treadmill, not my favourite way to exercise.
