Day 16.

It was supposed to be a fast day today but I guess not.
I will fast tomorrow. Loving flexibility of this plan.
Went to cross training early this morning which was great. We did 10 burgees before starting and after each station and then 5 at the end, that's 35 all up. I hope this helps us with Spartan in March.
We went out for breakfast and I had a yummy egg and bacon roll. Yum.

Breakfast: Coffee club egg and bacon roll sans cheese, butter and hash brown. 676c.








Lunch: Carrots and celery. Bickfords cordial. 97c.







Afternoon Tea: Magnum Classic. 260c.












Diner: Ciabatta bread with dips. Chicken and salad with vinaigrette dressing. Crepes with pistachio, strawberries and maple syrup. 749c

















Total: 1782.

Happy with the day but I still think I can do better.
