Day 17.

Fast day number 3.
I found it pretty easy to fast today. I was working pretty solidly through the day so it kept my mind off food.
I had some hunger pains in my stomach about 2ish but that passed.
I fasted from 8am until 10pm so I exceeded the 12 hrs.
I am pleased with that.

Breakfast: carrots and celery. 82c.







Dinner: Fajitas x 2. Raspberry yoghurt. 514c.














Total: 596.
Total calories for the fast day for women is 500 calories. I went over that a little bit.
It was a good day.
