What an awesome start. 69.6kg.
Not a bad day.
It was a nice day out with my mum.
We had Dumplings plus for lunch and it was good.
There was heaps though so I bought the rest home.
Then out to Indian for dinner.
Heaps of carbs and lots of spice.
Breakfast: wholemeal pasty (nearly all gone thankfully) and carrots. 409c.
Morning Tea: Drumstick mini. 167c.
Lunch: Fried rice and chilli chicken. 320c.
Afternoon tea: yoghurt, fruit and sugar. 198c.
Dinner: Rogan Josh, rice, butter chicken, naan, and biryani. 929c.
Supper: Chilli chicken and fried rice. 320c.
Total: 2343.
Not bad considering I went out for 2 of the meals today.
Happy with that.
