I was going to just have yoghurt for breakfast but I couldn't hold back and I ate everything I had!
Never mind.
Fast day tomorrow and I'm looking forward to that~!
Breakfast: Wholemeal roll x 2 with cheese and vegemite. 445c.
Morning tea: Yoghurt. Iced apple cake. 543c.
Lunch: Singapore noodles, cashew chicken and chilli chicken. 852c.
Afternoon tea: Inch liquorice. 215c.
Dinner: Chobani yoghurt. 147c.
Total: 2202.
Went for a 2.5k swim.
Until tomorrow. Staying focused.
