I've had a great day!
It was at times a little hard but I resisted all temptations.
It probably helps that tomorrow is a weigh day and I don't want another fail day.
Breakfast: carrots and yoghurt. 190c.
Dinner: Quinoa wrap with eggplant, capsicum, ricotta, salsa, tomato and bacon dip. Yoghurt. 336c.
Total: 526.
I had a great day and topped it off with a step class.
Hopefully I get a positive result tomorrow!
