Day 54.

Pretty bad day food wise today.
I was going alright until later in the afternoon.
I think I might have just got a little bored.
I don't really think I was that hungry.
I threw out the rest of the lollies I brought when I got home.

Breakfast: 343c.

Carrots, raw, 2 small (5-1/2" long)

      
Chobani - Yoghurt - Coconut, 170 g tub.














Morning tea: 405c.
Egg - Egg, 50 g                             


Arnold - Healthy Multigrain Bread, 2 slice (43g)


Ham - Sliced, extra lean, 3 slices (1 serving)


Presha Fruit - Fruit Juice, 150 ml



















Lunch: 666c.
Vegetarian Fried Rice, 1.5 cup


Chicken Vindaloo, 1.5 cup







Afternoon tea: 448c.
Quality Foods - Energy Mix Nuts, 30 gram    


Cadbury - Dairy Milk Giant Freddo, 35 g


Lifesavers - Blackcurrant Pastilles, 1 container (12 lolly - 2.6gs ea.)













Dinner: 619c.
Natural Confectionary Co - Fruit Chews (3 Per Serve), 100 g


Mountain Bread - Quinoa Wraps, 


Rinaldi - Fennel Italian Sausage, 0.5 cooked link


Coles - Cheese Slice, 0.5 slice


Eggplant - Grilled, 30 g


Veg - Grilled Red Capsicum, 30 g


Kraft - Onion and Bacon Dip, 10 g


Kombucha - Ginger & Turmeric, 250 m

maybe ill get some exercise in later today.
Or not. I'm supposed to be swimming tonight but I really couldn't be bothered. I was just really tired.
