Another day with foods I didn't need.
I would like to be able to cut out the bad foods and just the good stuff.
Breakfast: Toast with marmalade. toasted cheese and vegemite sandwich. 471c.
Lunch: chicken satays and roti wrap. 864c.
Afternoon tea: Nicorette, chewy mints and yoghurt. 233c.
Dinner: yoghurt. 147c.
Total: 1905.
Went for a run after work 7k and took molly for a 2k walk.
An enjoyable day but I am looking forward to fast day tomorrow.
