Well that's another fast day down.
I'm definitely getting more used to the fasting days.
I was very hungry at about 5-6pm but I held out until 7.30pm.
But I was strong and did not cave in.
I made myself some dinner and was with the 500 calories but then at 830 while watching tv with Sam, I reached over and stole a few of his potato crisps and that put me over by 60 calories.
I'm not going to worry about it.
Breakfast: Chobani blueberry yoghurt. 130c.
Dinner: Quinoa wrap with a rissole, tomato, cheese, onion and salsa. 69c.
Supper: potato crisps. 71c.
Total: 570.
Fast time 12.5hrs.
I also got in a 6k run at lunchtime.
Very pleased with that!
