Another day down.
This one was a bit too heavy on the food and carbs but I'm ok with that.
I should get in there and do some exercise but since I will be going to a lass tomorrow nigh I might just give it a miss.
I'll just take molly for a walk and call it a day.
Its so hot I don't really fancy working up a sweat.
Breakfast: carrots and yoghurt. 188c.
Morning snack: iced apple cake. 394c.
Lunch: Steamed rice, mixed veggies, roti and peanut sauce. 553c.
Afternoon tea: inch liquorice. 215.
Dinner: 3 steamed dim sims and a cheesy vegemite scroll. 551c.
Supper: cheese and caramelised onion roll. 269c.
Total: 2170.
There's a lot there but really there's not that much really bad food so I'm ok with tthat.
I know the apple cake is bad but its not lollies and the white bread rolls later are not bad either but they also are not lollies.
One day I will be able to go a day without lollies!
