I was strong and did not give in to cravings today.
I did however have carbs with dinner.
I just wanted quick food and the little white rolls were there.
Breakfast: yoghurt with berries and brown sugar and nectarines. 311c.
Total: 538.
Fasting hrs: 12.25.
A very good day. Still a little apprehensive about weighing in tomorrow.
