Woah! Way to much food today and boy can I feel it!
Most of it was just indiscriminate grazing.
the day started off well but fell off the wagon around 3pm.
Breakfast: coconut yoghurt. 147c.
Morning teas: Nectarines. metabolism boost. 416c.
Lunch: At the new Asian across the road. Very nice. Cashew chicken, steamed rice and noodles.812c.
Afternoon tea: Yoghurt. (still travelling ok at this stage)...Oops....choc buds 110gpkt. 682c.
Dinner: Fried dim sims x 3, mini dim sims x 7 and chips, about 15. 852c.
Supper: Rissoles. (So yum one was not enough) x 2. 409c.
Total: 3318.
Oh well!
Tomorrow is a fast day.
It will be nice not to have to worry about eating.
