Day 51.

I'm pleased with today.
I have been reading about different types of fasting. one version is where you eat dinner early then have lunch the following day and then wait until breakfast the next day to eat again. the lunch part is low carb and low calorie so as with the other way you have 500 calories for the fasting period.
I kind of tried that today. Last meal last night at around 9pm (a little late) and then lunch at 1pm today. I had some yoghurt at 7pm tonight and I will wait until tomorrow morning to eat again.
have found it quite easy to fast overall.

Lunch: yoghurt with nuts. Kombucha drink. 298c.


























Afternoon tea: Kombucha. 18c.












Dinner: Yoghurt smoothie and kombucha. 153c.













Total: 469.

Not sure how to work out the fasting hours.
