Was doing really well until mid afternoon and I ate a whole packet of bbq shapes. I wasnt even hungry? I just kept eating til the box was gone. Made me feel crap too.
Breakfast: yoghurt and vegemite toast. 290c.
Lunch: burger and salad. a scone with jam. 993c.
Afternoon tea: bbq shapes. 861c.
Dinner: 4 scotch fingers. 352c.
Supper: subway teriyaki chicken. 320c.
Total: 2816.
Pretty bad l but whatever!
It's done now.
