Not impressed with the sugar fix.
Could have saved myself 500 odd calories if I didn't have that.
Breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato, mushrooms and toast. 652c.
Morning tea: 8 redskins. 384c.
Lunch: onions on bread. 2 redskins. 228c.
Afternoon tea: ricotta bruschetta. 215c.
