Today started as fast day and I was going really well until I went to put petrol in the car and i caved and got frogs etc etc...
Breakfast: yoghurt. 147c
Lunch: fantastic chicken noodles. 393c.
Afternoon tea: 7 eleven frogs.x 20. raspberry twisters. gummy roulette. 822c.
Dinner: pizza. whopper no sauces. nuggets. 1116c.
