So, back to the 5/2 way.
Since I put on weight trying the 16/8 way.
Today was a fast day.
I did it OK. From 8pm this morning until 7.30pm tonight.
I think this way is better.
Breakfast: yogurt. 149
Dinner: Yogurt and 8 whole walnuts. 348c.
Total: 497.
