Was going to fast today but I am finding it really hard on these hard days with jumbled up meal times.
I decided I will let the diet go for this week and worry about it next week when I'm back at work.
Breakfast: cocopops and rice bubbles. 337c.
Morning tea: tomato and cheese toastie. 318c.
Lunch: nuggets, fillet of fish and 2 dim sims. 970c.
Afternoon tea: scotch finger. 87c.
Dinner: fruit loops and nutri grain. 322c.
Supper: strass, tomato and cheese roll. 355c.
Total: 2389.
All in all it was a great day with lots of hard work!
