Day 112.

First day of the 16/8 way of fasting.
So, I fasted until 1pm.
From 3.30pm yesterday.
That's a fast of 21.5hrs.
That's a lot. Then I did a run before breaking the fast. It was pretty hard.
Pretty slow. I guess my body is not an efficient fat burner yet.
Now I will have something small for dinner, a yogurt? and then fast until lunchtime tomorrow.

Lunch: Toast with ham and cheese and yogurt. 482c.







Dinner: yogurt. 149c.







Supper: 9.39pm. Vegemite sandwich. 172c.







Total: 803.
Total fast 21.5hrs.
Happy with that!
Until tomorrow.
Bugger, I caved and had a sandwich at 9.30pm.
Just gotta let it go.
I do feel better.😊
