Day 123.

Pleased with today.
Took molly for a walk and then ran 5k on the treadmill.
Slow but I did it.

Breakfast: yogurt and 4 walnuts. 254c.








Dinner: chicken noodle soup and yogurt. 244c.







Total: 498.
Fast time 8am til 8pm, 12hrs.
Looking forward to tomorrow.
