It was supposed to be a fast day but I caved and ate the 2 crackles at about 3 in the car.
Then later in the evening I was starving and had cereal.
The calories were pretty low though so that's good.
Breakfast: yogurt. 140c.
Lunch: asparagus spears. 9c.
Afternoon snack: crackles x 2. 148c.
Dinner: Soup. 247c.
Supper: cereal. 375c.
Total: 919.
Not so bad.
Hope tomorrow is a good day.
