I tried to keep the calories low today but Sam was cooking pizza and we bought a chicken and some fresh rolls.
How could I say no??!
Breakfast: cereal with milk. 392c.
Morning tea: egg white omelette and toast with jam. 408c.
Lunch: think asia noodles, kung po chicken and mixed vegies. 401c.
Dinner: chicken roll. chicken wing. 505c.
Supper: pizza, ham and cheese, chicken and cheese and capriccosa. 753c.

Total: 2459.
I did go for a 6k run after work so that helps a little.!
