Day 138
First fast day for awhile.
Very enjoyable.
I did well.
Breakfast: yogurt. 140c.
Dinner: homemade chicken, white bean, pasta and veggie soup. 263c.
Total: 503.
No exercise.but.steps up.
All good with that!
