Day 245.

I've decided to try not having any lollies, biscuits or cakes and try to keep my calories at below 1300.
Came close today but had extra pasta bake. calories are still pretty good. the jelly was sugar free so that doesn't count.
I want to try to get between 300-500 exercise calories as well.

Today wasn't too bad.
I walked 5k with molly and then a further 6k on the treadmill. 523c


Breakfast: choco loco chobani yogurt flip. 240c.







Morning tea: almonds. 152c.







Lunch: pasta bake and fried rice. 536c.








Dinner: pasta bake with chicken and jelly. 624c.








Total: 1552
exercise: 523
