I've given up on the idea of fasting this week and will attempt to fast 3 days next week.
It takes the pressure off.
Breakfast: ham tomato and cheese omelette. 300c.
Morning tea: ham and egg sandwich. 359c.
Lunch: fried rice, chicken vindaloo. 666c.
Afternoon tea: citrus tart. 442c.
Dinner: chocolate teddy bears x 2. 158c.
Supper: jam donut drumstick. 220c.
Total: 2145.
